• Unauthorised use of Facilities^*
  We include up to £25,000 worth of unauthorised use of Facilities cover as standard.

• Loss of Rental Income^*
  Should your property become unusable due to an insured event we include cover for your loss of rental income following an interruption to your business as a result of an insured loss.

• Trace and Access Cover^*
  Finding and accessing the source of an oil or water leak is often an expensive and disruptive process but we include up to £10,000 worth of cover as standard on our ManxCover Landlords Insurance.

• Local Isle of Man Claims Assessor^*
  To ensure the best level of service all ManxCover Landlords Insurance claims are handled by a local independent Isle of Man assessor.
