Claims can be handled differently depending on which insurer your policy is with. We are currently moving to handle as many claims as possible locally in our office however some insurers still require you to call them directly on their dedicated claims lines. See below for details.
If you have a ManxCover Car/Van Insurance policy then call 01624 832042 quoting your policy number to log your incident/claim.
If you have a policy underwritten by Tower Insurance then call our office on 01624 832042 during office hours where we will be happy to take your incident details.
If you have a ManxCover Home insurance policy then call 01624 832042 quoting your policy number to log the claim.
If you have a ManxCover Landlords Insurance policy then call 01624 832042 (local call charges) quoting your policy number to log the claim.
If you have a policy underwritten by any other insurer then please refer to your policy documents for the correct claims telephone numbers or if in doubt call our office on 01624 832042 where we will be able to provide you with the correct claims number.
